From the beginning of the 21st century, the Uruguay knows agricultural unpublished dynamics, with innovations and important changes in the agricultural sector (with the soybean as motive culture) and in the forest chain (plantations of eucalyptus) that, in turn, have strong implications on the livestock production, traditional activity. The approach is basically empirical. It comes near to an approximation of the changes that are given, putting in evidence the irreversibility of some of the innovations and the permanency of certain learnings and factors of change that concern the whole agrarian system and other more traditional productions
