Abstract

SAMANIEGO LOPEZ, Marco Antonio. THE INTERVENTION AS A STRATEGY FOR THE UNIT OF THE PROLETARIAT: The Anarchists of the Mexican Liberal Party. Rev. hist. am. argent. [online]. 2019, vol.54, n.2, pp.91-122. ISSN 2314-1549.

The anarchists of the PLM considered the foreign invasion as part of a strategy to generate the world revolution. From their writings they affirmed that the expropriation of the land and of the means of production was carried out following the precepts of the manifesto of September 23, 1911. Contrary to a historiography that places them as forerunners of the Mexican Revolution; it becomes evident that this is a later construction, given that the real intention was to generate an international movement that aimed at the destruction of capitalism. The article explains in this dynamic the performance, relationships and discursivity of a group of anarchists who in their writings made clear their pretension: a world without classes, without authority, without laws or government.

Keywords : Invasion; Anarchism; Border; World revolution; Mexican revolution.
