Abstract

DORIA OLIVEIRA, Nathalia et al. Currículo do Ensino Médio no estado de Sergipe (Brasil): noções de linguagem e implicações para educação física. Educ. fís. cienc. [online]. 2023, vol.25, n.1, e244. ISSN 2314-2561.  http://dx.doi.org/https://doi.org/10.24215/23142561e244.

Brazilian high school was modified having the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) as the central axis for the curricular restructuring of each state. The research aims to analyze language comprehension in the curriculum of the state of Sergipe and reflect on possible implications for the teaching of Physical Education in high school. This is documentary-exploratory research with a qualitative approach, which works with the document of the state curriculum of Sergipe at the high school level. From the exploration of the material, the content analysis is carried out with the aid of the Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires (IRAMUTEQ) software, through the treatment of data by Descending Hierarchical Classification (CHD). By lexical analysis, four classes/categories were identified (“Language and modality”, “Institutional system”, “Youth” and “Expressions and their fields”). The analyses show that, by conceptualizing the notion of language, the document approaches the historical-socio-cultural approach to language. It also approaches the objects of knowledge through language expressions (oral, written, visual, etc.) specific to each subject and which, due to a vague position regarding the notion of language, does not place PE in the language area.
