Abstract

SANTILLI, Daniel. The last images of a shipwreck: The distribution of land in Buenos Aires before World War I. Travesía (San Miguel de Tucumán) [online]. 2020, vol.22, n.2, pp.145-170. ISSN 2314-2707.

Based on data from tax returns for 1914 in the province of Buenos Aires, this paper reviews six districts which represent the totality of its rural zone. It analizes the distribution of land property, reaching significant results, as the inequality among these districts presents levels never exposed previsously.
