This article presents the thoughts on the extension and integrality management at the Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo de la Universidad de la República in the last decade and recapitulates the last year discussion process on the policy of extension promotion in the faculty. What has been done during this time is shared from a critical and thoughtful perspective and the new proposed instruments are listed. In addition, some results of the instruments used and the challenges that the implementation of these tools and the new proposals to implement entail in the field of management are exposed. The tools described were devised, implemented and managed by the Comisión Asesora de Extensión and the Servicio de Investigación y Extensión of this Facultad.
