The integrality of university functions is a topic of discussion in the Latin American academic community and has been promoted from different areas due to the benefits that implementing it brings. In this article we share the results of an exploratory study carried out by the Integración de Funciones area of the Secretaría de Extensión y Cultura of Universidad Nacional del Litoral. It sought to know the situational status of the integrality of the three functions in said institution, based on the analysis of interviews carried out with extension teachers and researchers and those responsible for managing their academic units, in which they were asked how they understand the integrative process. and if they participate in experiences of this type. In addition, we take a tour of the institutional conditions that allow it to be implemented at the UNL, as well as present the devices through which it is instrumentalized.
