This essay expresses the critical journey of an action–research project from the establishment of Citizen laboratory of transmedia narrative that links the chair of Visual Communication Design Degree of Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo of Universidad Nacional del Litoral with the social organizations gathered at the Ombudsman’s Organizations Fair of Santa Fe Province. The document exposes the political, theoretical, epistemological and methodological positions that supported the intervention of students, interns and fellowship holders in the production of transmedia storytelling that publicize the hard work of the social organizations. The project creatively builds a space for dialogue in order to think and design an academic production that involves design, transmedia storytelling and interculturality in debate.
