Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common entrapment neuropathy, affecting 1 to 3% of the population. Even the fact that is very frequent, digital ulcers and skin lesions are unusually related to this neuropathy. We present the case of a patient with digital ulcers secondary to carpal tunnel syndrome.
