Abstract

PASIN, Malena. Diseño en función pedagógica. Nuevos dispositivos para el aprendizaje de la embriología humana. AyP contin. [online]. 2021, vol.8, n.15, pp.6-6. ISSN 2362-6089.  http://dx.doi.org/https://doi.org/10.35305/23626097v8i15.336.

This paper presents some results and ideas in progress of the UBATIC 2017-2019 project development of pedagogical devices for the study of the human embryo with flexible and open technology resources along with the conceptual systematization of the cross-transfer model carried out by means of the interaction of different chairs. It was collaboratively developed by two academic units of the University of Buenos Aires under the direction of Dr. Hugo Ríos - Head of the First Academic Unit of Histology, Embryology, Cell Biology and Genetics (First UA.HEBCG ) of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine (FMED)- and, the co-direction of the undersigned -Associate Professor in charge of Applied Methodology to Industrial Design (AMDI) of Industrial Design, FADU. The teaching staff as well as the students from the corresponding cohorts of these faculties participated in this project.

The core objective of the collaborative project was to enhance joint skills of the two work teams through the awareness of some problems perceived by teachers and students of FMED. These problems had to do with the teaching of human embryology and its complexities as an object of study introducing as work input the subject FADU Methodology. This led to specific design results (printed sheets, three-dimensional objects, augmented reality devices) and significant reflections nurturing the ideas of both chairs.
