Abstract

GUTIERREZ, Mariano H. Threads and sewing of the judicial plot. Delito soc. [online]. 2013, vol.22, n.36, pp.45-75. ISSN 0328-0101.

The architecture of the judicial system shows us a differential access to the information of "the judicial" itself and its work -the public, the employees, the magistrates-, and it relates to an analogue differential access to the information and resources of all what is strictly non-judicial of the judicial work: the unwritten rules of hierarchy and career organization, the social networks through which new entries, promotions and appointments are negotiated, and the progressive skill to trade social capital into political capital. The way the judicial system organizes its internal social life allows us to understand the logic of its politics in communication with and as a continuity to the politics of the other restructures, allegedly foreign to it.

Keywords : The judicial being; Sponsors; Entries; Promotions; Networks; Exchange; Debt; Politics.
