MONTERO, Augusto. With the hands tied?: Explorations about "motives" and "audiences" for police violence against childrens in the city of Santa Fe. Delito soc. [online]. 2013, vol.22, n.36, pp.76-102. ISSN 0328-0101.

It tries to observe the conjunction of some processes taking place between the "inside" and the "outside" of police institution that could produce the emergence of some conditions of possibility to such uses of force.

Keywords : Police violence; Vocabularies of motive; Techniques of neutralization; Audiences.
