The agroindustrial complex of bovine meat is the main supplier of animal protein in the Argentine market and one of the main exporters. In the province of La Pampa, the complex has an important relative weight in production, transformation, consumption and export. The objective of this paper is to identify the main factors that impacted on the export performance of bovine meat in the province of La Pampa between 2003-2019. The exported volume of meat and derivatives was analyzed as a dependent variable. For its explanation, 10 variables related to stock, work, consumption, internal and external prices, exchange rate and purchasing power of the internal market were put into analysis.
