Abstract

FERRARIS, Sabrina. Civil society organizations and actors of local socio-productive development: articulations for the socio-labor insertion of young people from La Matanza. Estud. trab. [online]. 2022, n.64, pp.30-60. ISSN 0327-5744.

The objective of the present article is to analyze the existing links between civil society organizations and actors of local socio-productive development, within the framework of institutional practices aimed at the socio-labor insertion of young people in the Municipality of La Matanza, Province of Buenos Aires. The data was obtained from a research carried out in 2018-2019 with civil society organizations, which are part of the Council for Childhood and Youth of the Municipality. We first define local socio-productive development as made up of a network of actors characterized by a system of economic, social, political and legal relations, to then propose a classification of the actors related to the management of said practices. Likewise, based on the testimonies of the organizations, the main difficulties in articulating with these actors are mentioned, as well as significant reasons for building these bonds.

Keywords : Youth; Socio-labor insertion; Local socio-productive development; Civil society organizations.
