Aim

Odontoma is a benign hamartomatous lesion formed by dental tissue (cementum, enamel, pulp). According to its degree of differentiation, it can be classified in its two variants: compound and complex in a 2:1 ratio. The objective of this article is to present a large mixed odontoma of mandibular location and its surgical resolution.

Clinical case

A 16-year-old male patient with orthodontics, who presents a large mixed odontoma with mandibular location and its surgical resolution using 3D planning and customized titanium plate fabrication.
