Abstract

PIERINI*, Clara. Estructura y organización de una red perinatal en el conurbano bonaerense (provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina). Poblac. soc. [online]. 2019, vol.26, n.2, pp.34-63. ISSN 1852-8562.  http://dx.doi.org/https://doi.org/10.19137/poblac.soc.-2019-260202.

This article analyzes the structure and organization of a perinatal network in the Greater Buenos Aires (2008-2017). It presents the composition of the network, describes its actors and reflects on the local level. The methodological strategy is qualitative. The results highlight its public nature, the presence of three levels of attention (which assume novel characteristics in the practice), its low level of construction and certain ignorance of the interdependencies that unite the participants. The work of two municipal corridors stands out. There is evidence of non-hierarchical nor independent relationships between the levels of government and the importance of attending to the local level.
