Abstract

GLUCK, Mario. Experts, Intellectuals, and Politicians in the Face of an Unpredictable Virus. Temas debates (En línea) [online]. 2020, n.40, suppl.1, pp.79-87. ISSN 1853-984X.

In this article we propose to raise a series of reflections on how the relationship between politicians, experts and intellectuals in public policies in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic is operating. More specifically, we refer to the debates that arise in the public arena about the policies implemented by the government of Alberto Fernández. We started with a brief genealogy of the relationship between politics and expertise, and then focused on some of the discussions that took place within the field of intellectuality and experts and had public repercussions.

Keywords : Experts; Intellectuals; Politics; Pandemic.
