This case study is qualitative, exploratory and descriptive. Its objective is to describe and analyse institutional suggestions and requirements about the use of digital technologies present in institutional documents of a local University. Content analysis of twelve documentary sources and four interviews was carried out. Eight keywords were selected from specific bibliography. Their presence was recorded in relation to some suggestion or requirement. Compliance with teaching working day on the virtual campus, approval and modifications of the SIED, virtualization of education due to the pandemic, and guidelines for the return to face-to-face activities was highlighted. In the interviews, positive expectations were expressed about the use of digital technologies and their potential in education.
