The article analyzes features of educacional authority present in the conceptions of learning by transformation of university professors. From a qualitative logic, it presents links between the teacher as an adult learner, the learning environment as a construction space and the processes of dialectical thinking enabling meetings between theory and practice in teaching teacher.
