Within the framework of the policies that guided the restructuring of the schooling space at the provincial management level during the first year and a half of the pandemic, it is recognized that the regulation of curricular selection and organization and the evaluation system are two components that affected the organizational model of secondary education. In this communication, based on the analysis of interviews with provincial secondary education directors and a federal documentation base, the description of these two components in eight jurisdictions is presented, which allows identifying a similar regulation sequence, although with differences in the degree, type and scope. An organization of the temporalities of federal and provincial regulations is proposed in four moments that show a thematic convergence in the topics that are regulated, provincial decisions that precede and prefigure the decisions of the CFE and the assumption of different degrees of autonomy to educational establishments.
