The debate between the eclectics and the saint-simoniens, concern of the object and the sense of the philosophy and his relation with the politic, which  develops after 1830, and in relation with many visions of the constitutional French monarchy, it serve us to return on the ways of conceiving the political  philosophy. In our work we follow closely this debate, revise some contemporary lectures of 19th century and attend especially in Pierre Leroux´s thought. The implications and the sense that the concepts of religion, politics and democracy adopt with Leroux are a condition of possibility to think about political philosophy that, giving place to the religion, could revalue the link among freedom, political action and democracy.
