Over the next article will discuss the construction of the adversary in the speeches of Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner (CFK) concerning the presentation of the Preliminary Draft Law on Audiovisual Communication Services in 2009. The discussion of this new legislation - and its subsequent legislative approval - is one of the crucial moments of Kirchner in the formation of his opponents. In a research project, we saw the progression of adversaries for the management of CFK: first, in continuity with the positions of former President Nestor Kirchner (NK), the neoliberal model of the 90s and the last military dictatorship, then the agricultural employers in the conflict with the "campo" and, finally, confrontation with the concentrated media. Then be performed from a discursive analysis of the Theory of Social Discourses Eliseo Verón (1998), based on a necessary reading of the political moment, made from the conceptual contributions of Ernesto Laclau (2004). Discursive strategies are analyzed, considering the different contexts in each case. It is under these situations that the government of Cristina Fernández confronts some concentrated powers in the local economy, which implies a deepening of the constitutive political conflict and the complexity of hegemonic construction.
