Since the critical hermeneutics holds that identities are constructed as is possible give meaning to events, arranging them in stories and narrated that are recognized as their own, and in establishing a tension between a past linked to traditional and inherited, and a future to which it is projected, from a current situation and context. We assume, therefore, there are cultures, groups or individuals who lack intersubjectively constructed accounts. We intend to address ideas of subject, world and life that are present stories from oral traditions of the Andean cultures of the NOA.             Among the critical hermeneutics (Ricoeur, Habermas), and especially from Latin America (Reyes, Roig, Salas Astraín), the need to listen to the voices of the subjects that are expressed in popular narratives, opening avenues of understanding of symbolic expressions of conflicting tensions related to socio-economic situations and policies characterized by the denial of dignity, both humans and nonhumans.             In this work, in particular, we want to explore the richness of meaning of a resource always present in such texts: metaphorical statements. They postulate that through regional popular discourse expresses a dynamic conception of reality living actors.
