The processes of State reform addressed in Argentina during the last decades, have tended toward the most common principles about modern public management techniques. This work exhibits one of the main analyses presented in the Thesis on the Reforms in the models of management of the Hospitals of high complexity in the Province of Misiones and its impact in the indicators of efficiency hospitable and administrative, defended by the authoress in the faculty of Economic Sciences of the UNaM. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive scope, where different techniques are used for data collection: informal observation, open interviews, review of documents and regulations, in order to analyze and compare the model of management of the hospitals of high complexity of the province of Misiones. Are identified, in the case of hospitals that depend on the Ministry of health of the province, features of a management model that is closer to the bureaucracy or Weberian; and, in the case of the Hospital School of acute dependent on the health Park, the development of various tools and features of the new public management.
