In recent decades, Universities need to transfer the results of their research to the production environment by translating them into commercial value. This gives rise to the creation of university business incubators, converted in recent years into one of the technology transfer mechanisms of reference. The University, immersed in this dynamic support R+D+I, has the Spin-Off as an intermediate piece between the academic, scientific and commercial interest demanded by the market. The Spin-Off College become a point of contact between the two realities and hence its reputation as a strategic tool of public R+D+I and of society as a whole. The work presented deals with an approach to the creation of university technology companies based in Argentina, known as spin-off, under the paradigm of service-oriented architecture with the intervention strategies of Business Process Modeling. The purpose is to provide guidelines to integrate the concepts of technology and business systems in an enterprise architecture whose goal is to innovate in customer service and adapt swiftly to changes, including early reaction to competitiveness.
