Resumen
ORDINEZ, Leonardo y BISCAYART, Laura. Virtual Technological Clinic: a learning and aid proposal in the pandemic. Rev. iberoam. tecnol. educ. educ. tecnol. [online]. 2021, n.28, pp.24-33. ISSN 1851-0086.
In the context of the situation generated by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Isolation, Social, Preventive and Mandatory established by the National Executive Power, which did not allow the presence of university classes, a proposal for a Virtual Technological Clinic is developed within the Systems Analysis and Design subject, of the Computer Science Degree, which is taught at the National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco, Puerto Madryn headquarters. This initiative articulates with the local socio-productive environment, by offering low complexity assistance and accompaniment to merchants, teachers and citizens, in general. From the pedagogical point of view, the proposal implements an experience-based learning approach, through real and concrete interaction, although contained, with "clients". This involves approaching contents such as requirements engineering, software processes, systems analysis, and user-centered design. The Clinic promoted active and meaningful learning in the students, as well as virtuous articulations with the community.
