Our purpose is to expose the methodological aspects that were implemented in the subject Psychological Dimension of Dental Care of the Faculty of Dentistry, in the framework of the COVID-19 pandemic and the social isolation preventive measures issued to ensure pedagogical continuity. A diagnostic assessment to students at the start of the academic year showed the imprint of presencialidad and conflicting opinions on the use of ICT for learning. The distance education model used contemplated the technological possibilities of teachers and students. We conseder pedagogical, communicational, cognitive and emotional aspects involved in methodological decisions to meet the development of the course in virtuality. Synchronous meetings were held through the Zoom platform and asynchronous activities using different resources from the MOODLE platform (task, forum, video, book, files). The accreditation evaluations were orally through Zoom. In the final evaluation of the course, the students satisfactorily evaluated the modality of the course, the design of the course page and the presentation of interactive videos.
