Remote teaching is an emergency teaching modality imposed on the educational system when there are factors that prevent classroom lessons. Thus, currently due to COVID-19, classes in several countries are adapting to the remote teaching scenario. In this paper, we reflect on how the teaching contract is suitable for online teaching, taking into account two factors: classroom teaching and remote teaching. However, we observe how the didactic contract was established in a class with high school students, using Google Meet. From this, we consider that the theory of the didactic contract is valuable in the evaluation of the didactic system (teacher-student-to know) even in the face of remote teaching.
