The results obtained from the implementation of the distance learning modality in a physics subject corresponding to the School of Engineering of the University of Buenos Aires are presented. The technique used was the survey carried out on 1164 second-year students of engineering degrees, after having completed the course corresponding to the first four-month period in 2020. From the quantitative-qualitative analysis carried out, positive results were obtained about the implementation of the modality. Comments made by students, after answering the questions asked, justify addressing some methodological changes and some improvements on the role of facilitators to foster student-student and student-teachers interactions.
