This paper is related with UBACyT P052 "Politics and subjectivity: collectives strategys at the head of social vulnerability". This is an exploratory and descriptive work, with a qualitative methodology for the collecting and analysis of the information. Its theoretical frame is designed with multi-referential criterion that articulates ideas of Social Sciences, Social Psychology, Institutionalist Movement, Group Theories, Psychoanalysis, Theories of the Discursive Productions and Community Psychology. It presents recovered factories workers' collective experiencies and some tensions across their collective actions. It is pointed out how the construction of spaces for collective action, particularly in the self-management organization way and its tensions with the delegative one, make possible new modes of organization. This tension allows the invention of new modes of organization.
