This work is part of research UBACyT 2012-2015 "Devices to accommodate the urgency, from the perspective of practitioners, psychiatrists and psychologists involved in them", directed by Inés Sotelo. The purpose is to develop strategies for the care of urgent demand in Mental Health and its prevention. In this opportunity, we propose to consider the analytic intervention as a guide for care in the emergency demand in cases of neurosis. To illustrate the logic of the analyst's intervention we might use a term borrowed from the music: the cadence. We think it may be representative of how the interpretive work of the analyst can summon the production of a signifier in which the subject is represented, even in times of crisis. We also, will take references on the issue of time and its relation to clinical urgency. The analyst's intervention in the emergency clinic of neurosis will allow that which is presented as alien to the subject, the crisis, can inaugurate a new time. An urgency resolution time and an eventual opening to an analysis demand.
