Resumen
CUELLO, Nicolás. Interrupciones queer: estrategias visuales de desorganización tecnosexual. Avá [online]. 2017, n.31, pp.97-117. ISSN 1851-1694.
Technologies of virtual communication, and its voracious updating course, are undoubtedly part of a complex web of macropolitical devices of production, control and consumption that alter the possible social relations between body, pleasure and processes of subjectivation (Haraway: 2014 [1991]). In this sense, the extra-disciplinary researchs (Holmes, 2008) developed by the chilean artist Felipe Rivas San Martín (1982), produced from the amphibian territory that intersects sexual politics and contemporary art languages, that operate from the playful appropriation of the virtual platforms, allows the emergence of sensitive artifacts that question the ways in which the current regimes of organization and sexual intelligibility of the bodies are effected. Through the design of political fictions and parodic alterations of the current rules of virtual representation, this artist presents a creative series of queer interruptions to the actual normalization of sexual imaginaries.
