Resumen

FOLADORI, Guillermo  y  CARROZZA, Tomás. Políticas de nanotecnología en Argentina a la luz de criterios de la OCDE. Cienc. docencia tecnol. [online]. 2017, n.55, pp.115-140. ISSN 1851-1716.

This article analyzes the public policy of nanotechnology in Argentina according to indicators of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (oecd). The oecd surveyed in 24 countries to compare public policies in nanotechnology. In this article, we apply that questionnaire, and we try to answer it for the Argentine case. The survey consists of 11 dimensions: National plan, Social participation in politics, Relationship between private and public sector, Risk to health and the environment, International cooperation, Participation in international forums, Regulation, Direct financing, Job qualification, Support to private enterprise, and Intellectual Property. The result shows that the orientation of the public policies tries to privilege the small and medium company and to guarantee the business participation in investigations, but there is no national plan or a coordinated strategy. Also, are scarce advances in the regulation of risk to health and the environment.
