In Argentina two laws have been sanctioned that linked, represent a new paradigm when policies about sexual and reproductive people´s lives are designing (Law 25 673 and Law 26 150). This article analyses one of the main points approached by this legislation: access to information through relevant, accurate, reliable and up-to-date knowledge on several aspects involved in comprehensive sexuality education, both by educational establishments and new information and communication technologies (ICTS). The bibliographic review made it possible to detect that educational establishments find certain impediments in the teaching of the diverse around sexuality subject. New technologies have become a privileged instrument and social networks in the right place to access to information about sexuality.
