A balanced nutrition is the corner stone for a good health. Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity and cancer can be prevented with a balanced nutrition. Normal functioning and the appearance of the skin also depend about we eat and drink. On the other hand, human´s constant search for aesthetic improvement and delaying skin aging has led to the use of supplements to obtain balance. The skin aging is a dynamic and complex process that involves many factors such as genetics, hormonal and environmental determinants.
