We report the case of a 67-year-old female patient with a medical diagnosis of cutaneous adverse reaction to the use of the chemotherapeutic agent cytarabine, which she received in the context of medical treatment for acute myeloid leukemia. Epidemiological description, clinical signs, medical evolution, and comparison with similar cases previously described. In order to exclude other differential diagnoses, histopathological study and its correlation with the clinical examination were performed.
