This article discusses some ofthe considerations made about the origins ofthe anti-peronism. Particularly, revises the characteristics that assumed the bond between anti-peronism political parties and the democratic notion during presidential elections in 1946. Its thesis is that social problematics were not absent when the Unión Democrática was formed. However, not only was indicated the factual presence of such references but also was examined how notions ofdemocracy, freedom and social justice constituted a central plot senses in the formation ofthe anti-peronism political identity.
