The article approaches the national elections that took place locally in 2013, focusing on one department. Political disputes of the provincial ruling were studied in local areas to account for the complexity of the political. Sub-provincial politic is a category that includes the construction of different study problems of the national or provincial level. It shows how political actors, organizations, parties and/or fronts accumulate power to build a set mode, creating power relationships own and others’. The political game at the local departments is barely approached: what is played and how it’s played. The hypothesis worked here is that in the national elections of 2013, the electoral political disputes of Peronist and Radical factions belonging to provincial oficialism in each department can be equipped with individual conflicts, and enabled the exclusive Civical’s Front leadership to consolidate in a provincial level.
