Abstract. This article approaches issues related to make decision to take loans in economies with strong imbalances, because in the context risks are generated due to the changes that may happened along the term of the obligation. On the other hand, this study seeks to identify the main macroeconomic problems that can affect the cost of liabilities. From there, it is intended shows how the real cost of the debt can be anticipated, based in condition of loan and the probability of occurrence of each scenario. Also, it analyzes other issues relevant to the activity that may affect the make decision.
