This article explores the descriptive and analytical potential that engaging, attracting attention and accumulating (as local practices of seduction and multiplication) provide for the understanding of the relationships of commerce, commensality and organization of La Feria de los Patos (a small Sunday food fair of the city of Córdoba, Argentina). This Fair has generally been understood as an informal area of ​​peruvian migrants; however, it is my interest to approach it as an assemblage of collectives, interests and diverse activities, which puts into circulation a particular idea of ​​commerce, making economic transactions and affective commitments, as well as consumption and production, practices indistinguishable from each other. Through an ethnographic journey through the stalls and the ways in which these are linked with the family, the meals and the clients, I will introduce the crucial role that these seduction practices play in establishing of affinity and commerce relationships. A issue that leads me to discuss the fundamental place they have in the organization and maintenance of La Feria de los Patos every Sunday.
