DAY PILARIA, Fernanda Anabella; MARTINEZ, María Pilar y AUGE, Melisa Ayelén. Exploring the social network Facebook: a reflection on communication in our archaeological practice. Rev. Mus. Antropol. [online]. 2022, vol.15, n.1, pp.00-00. ISSN 1852-060X. http://dx.doi.org/http://doi.org/10.31048/1852.4826.v15.n1.34598.
Abstract Thinking about how we have established and establish links with non-scientific and scientific communities allows us to rethink the archaeological work. In this sense, this work seeks to present the path of the Facebook account of our research team: “Arqueología Rioplatense”. We will systematize this experience and conduct a survey on the communication strategies used to interact with followers on the social network. We consider that this task is an important step to understand the communication process that we undertook, to give an account of how and why it developed, as well as the results we reached. We finally understand that fostering spaces for dialogue and sharing experiences and knowledge is essential to democratize collectively constructed knowledge.
