Among the variety of issues found in Vilém Flusser's work, his concern about thought modeling that marked cultural transformations stands out, especially in that one responsible for the contemporary formation of the official. As a founding concept of the Flusserian thought, the "official" allows to deepen the reflection on technologization of knowledge, as well as to understand the structures that have generated it. This text will focus in these aspects, and will take into account the way in which Flusser researched it and pointed out ways to overcome it. These ways are mainly related to educational models that can collaborate in the emergence of strategies that address the challenges imposed by digital culture.
