A culture is the portfolio of projects accumulated not only historically, but also in memory. In times of crisis, cultural memory emerges as wisdom and as a transforming force to solve problems that generate it. Culture, like a network of meanings, born in the territory, treasures keys and values that enable local development and sustainability. The design identity can be the meeting point for the diversity of Latin American cultures to get interwoven in a complex development of projects and joint.
