Innovation in the fashion market is very relevant and the protection of creations through the law on industrial design and artistic design as a work of art applied to the industry is an interesting topic to analyze and so it is done in this job. In recent times the protection of industrial design by copyright in reference to fashion creations must be viewed mfrom the thesis of separation, of absolute accumulation and accumulation restricted paticularly from the "Cofemel" ruling.
