This work explores the place that had the exhibition of architecture as a phenomenon linked to the notions of experience, perception, and language. This historical path passes through some important milestones for the subject, such as the creation of the Situationist International movement, the legacy of the Archigram group, and the new debates in the light of post-modernist paradigms. The article is the result of a postgraduate thesis that raises the importance of analyzing the production of architecture -usually materialized through “architectural making”- by addressing its meanings outside the materialization of the work.
