Creativity in the fashion industry deserves protection and one of the most important vehicles is commercial brands, as it is an intangible asset that allows products and services to be distinguished. That is why technology is relevant to provide robust protection and this is done by an adequate surveillance system. In this way, it seeks to avoid conflicts on the Internet or for the registration of other trademarks.
