This work is aimed at identifying how the subsidies for collective transport are territorially distributed in a city located in the center-west of Argentina. It is framed in the consideration that peripheral areas, which result from accelerated urbanization processes, are configured as territories with decreasing accessibility, increasingly dependent on mobility, and therefore, on the collective transport service. The theoretical framework is based on microeconomic logic and is complemented by the new paradigm of mobility and accessibility. The quantitative methodology uses statistical techniques, proposing a method of linking these with cartography. As a result, it is detected a regressive territorial distribution of subsidies, which can be improved by linking their allocation with demand and operational of the service variables.
