In the last decades small cities have recovered their importance in urban systems, both in the field of scientific literature as on the plane of development strategies in a world scale.. Among the instruments aimed at promoting growth, the literature emphasizes the creation of organizacional networks, as an element capable of encouraging innovation and technological change. This paper analyzes how the organizacional networks operate in a small town called General Acha in Argentina. Using the technique of social network analysis, it is observed that this networks does not work properply, presenting low levels of communication and a small number of common proyects.
