In this article we aim to focus on the senses that were built in relation to teaching during the last Argentine dictatorship in Buenos Aires Province. From the analysis of primary historical sources related to the educational policies the dictatorship developed in that province, we will try to show the different ways and devices through which it seeked teachers regulation, advancing hypothesis about its possible effects. If, as it has been pointed out, the educational policy of the last Argentine dictatorship may be understood as a process that allows to understand social processes that took place before but also after that period, investigating the regulation of teaching in Buenos Aires Province might become relevant in the sense that may be many of the senses that structure educational processes nowadays were built there.
