The present work constitutes a synthesis of the main expositions and results of an investigation that was presented as a doctoral thesis in the educative field. The work approaches the configuration of the practices and processes of educative intervention of the training ones of educational in the Normal Rural School Mactumactza (ENRM), Chiapas, México. The central intention is located in analyzing from its period of foundation (1956) to the decade of 1980, the elements that determined those educative practices and processes and as they affected the characterization of the institution. The ENRM has its own history, not a single history. But the one that analyze part here to consider the paper of the training ones to propose a certain form to understand the rural normalismo, their formation processes and activities that to the interior were developed to form rural primary school teachers. The investigation is part of historical ethnographic. With this sustenance is sought to recover the cultural element and the role of agency of subjects studied. The approach to the object of study, was conducted from historical archival work and interviews.
