The text addresses from the educational thematic documentaries produced during the twentieth century in Spain, an overview of the experience of the spaces by the protagonists. It is done through the analysis of settings, landscapes and occupations. Using different examples, the article focuses the attention in the transits that have existed between propaganda and education are traversed, fundamentally materialized in the representation of bodies, actions and expectations of drawn horizons (Jauss, 1976). These vectors have been analyzed based on the aesthetics and content analyzes of the films. It is compared the usesof the languages of education and visual propaganda.
